Standard on every unit
- IncludedMemoryIt knows your business, and who you are for. You explain it once.
- IncludedToolsThe skills and automations it uses to do the work.
- IncludedLoopIt observes what worked, and adjusts.
These three are not optional. Removing them is how you arrive at the generic output you have already tried.
Then you select what it does.
Being built now
Specification
Your system.
Standard equipment
- Memory. Your business, your customers, your history, held between sessions so you explain it once.
- Tools. What it can actually do with that. Draft, research, publish, follow up, wired to the things you already use.
- Loop. Results fed back in, so what gets built next is informed by what already worked.

What happens first
What we would need from you
Access to wherever your sales actually get recorded, whatever that is. A spreadsheet counts. Then an hour of your time to answer questions about your customers that only you can answer. Memory is the part that cannot be outsourced, because it is your business.
Generic output is a context problem.
You have probably been told to stay away from this entirely. The people telling you that are seeing something real.
Recognizable AI output does erode trust. Business owners are getting the same cold emails you are, in the same voice, from different senders, and deleting all of them. A large brand survives sounding automated. You don't, because a good part of what people are buying is you.
But the diagnosis is wrong. The problem was never that a machine wrote it. It's that the machine was handed nothing, so it wrote about nobody.
That's solvable. Solving it is the entire job.
How it works
Why Memory is the part nobody installs
A tool forgets you the moment you close the tab, so every session starts with you explaining your business again. That is why output reads as though it were written about no business in particular. It was. Memory is unglamorous, it is mostly organising what you already know, and it is the single largest difference between a tool and a system.
What the Tools actually do
Memory is what the system knows. Tools are what it can do with it. Drafting, research, publishing, follow-up, connected to the software you already pay for rather than a new place to log in. A system that knows everything about you and cannot act on any of it is a very well-briefed intern with no hands.
Why the Loop is not optional
Without results feeding back, you are producing faster in a direction you cannot evaluate. Speed without feedback just gets you to the wrong answer faster. The Loop is also why there is no version number on any of this. It is built continuously, and things get dropped when they do not prove out.
Who is behind it
Martin Salgado, 13 years in B2B marketing. The system runs on 26 documented marketing frameworks rather than prompts, and it is what runs this business. Marketing work that took 60 hours a month takes 10.
